Kyle F. Cominek's Obituary
Kyle F. Cominek, age 22, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died Monday, October 7, 2013, at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, IL. He was born September 19, 1991 in Winfield, IL.
Kyle attended Glenbard South High School and graduated in May of 2013 from the transition program. He was an avid sports lover and a very kind hearted soul that will be forever missed.
He is survived by his parents, Randy and Michelle Cominek of Carol Stream; his sister, Erin (Derek) Luedemann; his maternal grandmother, Margarette Clarkin; his niece, Emmalynn Luedemann; and his loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gloria and Kenneth Cominek; and his maternal grandfather, Francis Joseph Clarkin.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 3-9 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, 225 E. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60611-2605.
