Kip W. Kinder, age 74, a longtime resident of Wheaton and Glen Ellyn, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was born February 20, 1945 in Springfield, Mass.. and grew up in Tipton, Indiana.

Kip graduated from high school in Tipton and Indiana University. He worked in sales and manufacturing for 40 years and owned Kip Kinder Enterprises, Kinder Industries and Criterion International.

He loved golf, boating and his dogs.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristina (Joe) Hurst of New Orleans, his former wife and close friend Carol Kinder, and his cousin, Karen (Doug) Kowert.

Services will be held privately.
