Kenneth F. Kalberg's Obituary
Kenneth F. Kalberg, age 92, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died Saturday, September 21, 2013, at home. He was born September 8, 1921 in Chicago, IL.
Ken was a member of the Wayne Township Seniors, and the VCFW International Union - Industry Local 015465. He played baseball with the Cordians team and in the past had been a manager of Little League Baseball in Park Ridge, IL. He enjoyed traveling and did it extensively. He spent 20 years as a snow bird in the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; his three children, Ken Kalberg, Robert Kalberg amd Sharon Crabbe; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike) Richard, Kristen (Joe) Deaton, Heather Crabbe, Michael Kalberg and Stacey (Jake) Pitts; and six great-grandchildren, Joshua Deaton, Abigail Deaton, Joey Deaton, Justin Deaton, Hailey Richard and Jonathan Richard.
Services and interment will be held privately at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
