Justin Marshall Carlson, age 24, a resident of Little Angels in Elgin, died Monday, November 30 surrounded by his family. He was born on June 2, 1985.

Justin attended the Wheaton Public Schools and graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School in 2003. He lived at home for 18 years and then moved to Little Angels after a serious illness. Despite of a lifetime of physical challenges, Justin experienced many adventures, joys and the love of his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother Linda Russell of Warrenville, his father, David (DeeAnn) Carlson of West Chicago, maternal grandparents, Ron and Shirley Russell of Abilene, KS, paternal grandmother, Geraldine Carlson of Wheaton, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Wheaton Evangelical Free Church, 520 E. Roosevelt Rd. in Wheaton, where friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 p.m. and from 3 to 4 p.m. Interment will be private.
