June Ruth Ward's Obituary
June Ward, age 92, a resident of Geneva, IL, died Monday, October 19, 2009. She was born in Muncie, IN on November 27, 1916.
June worked as a nurse for 20 years.
She is survived by her son, John Ward; her daughters, Janice Kacpura and Judith Calleja; grandsons, Timothy Calleja, Jeremy Ward, Aaron Ward and Adam Ward; and great-grandchildren, Aiden and Amy Ward and Benjamin Calleja.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Thomas Ward; her daughters, Jill Ward and Joan Story; and her son, Jeffrey Ward.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL where funeral services follow at 7:00 p.m. with Judy Walter, Chaplain of the Visiting Nurses Association Hospice officiating. Interment will be private at Roseland Cemetery in Berkeley, MI.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts in her honor may also be directed to the Dearborn Animal Shelter, 2661 Greenfield Road, Dearborn, Michigan 48120.
