Juliet Juarez Eiber, age 61, a resident of Evergreen Park for over 20 years, died August 17, 2011, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She was born July 31, 1950 in Iloilo City, Philippines to Jerome and Beatrice Juarez.

Juliet was a 1972 graduate of Central Philippine University with a degree in nursing. She came to the United States in 1974 and moved to the Chicago area about a year later. She worked at Grant Hospital in Chicago until 1993 when she began to work at Christ Hospital, where she worked until 2005. Currently, Mrs. Eiber worked as the head school nurse for all 5 schools in the Evergreen Park School District 124.

On October 3, 1987 she married David Eiber. She loved her family and loved to spend time with her large extended family. She was very involved with her kids education and activities working with the PTA, the Music Booster Club at Evergreen Park Community High School and was a Swim Mom. She love to garden and her dog Ilo.

She is survived by her husband, David Eiber, three children, Jonathan, Johanna and Julieanna; her father, Jerome Juarez Sr of the Philippines; eight brothers and sisters, Joel, Jezrel, Ninita, Jean (nee Rezvan), Juanito, Jerome Jr, Jay,Romeo; and many nieces; nephews; and grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Bethel Bible Church, 3235 W. 96th St. in Evergreen Park, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 27, at 10:30 a.m.
