Judy Ruwe, nee Halpin, age 76, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died Monday, November 2, 2015, at Journey Care Hospice in Barrington, IL. She was born February 21, 1939 in Kankakee, IL.

Judy was born on February 21, 1939 the daughter of William and Julia Halpin of Kempton IL.  She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church and a retired teacher from Pheasant Ridge Elementary School.

Judy is the beloved wife of 55 years of George, loving mother of Mark (Becky), Curt (Laurie) & Terri Sue and adored grandmother of Connor, Trevor, Cooper, Mackenzie and Cole; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 6, 2015 from 3-8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Visitation will continue on Saturday, November 7, from 9-11 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church , 421 Cochise Court, Carol Stream, IL 60188. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton, IL.
