Judy A. Battista's Obituary
Judy A. Battista, age 71, a resident of Bolingbrook, IL, and formerly of Wheaton, IL, died on Saturday, January 9, at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. She was born October 30, 1938 in Chicago, IL.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John; five children, Tina Sliger of Bolingbrook, IL, Barbara (Jim) Parenti of Minooka, IL, Cheryl Schrock of Hindsboro, IL, Diane (Glen) Cozzie of Wheaton, IL, and Rose Brossart of Naperville, IL; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and her brother, Keith (Sherry) Johnson of Jacksonville, FL.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Medsker; and her son-in-law, Chuck Sliger.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 from 5-8 P.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Winfield, IL.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 1801 S. Meyers Rd., Ste. #100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.
