Joyce B. Jugan, age 93, a resident of Windsor Park in Carol Stream, IL, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 26, 2021. She was born August 24, 1927 in Glen Haven, Wisconsin to Oral and Miner Brookens.

Joyce grew up in Bloomington, Wisconsin. She married Michael Jugan on June 2, 1945. She worked for many years for Western Electric, which eventually became Lucent.  She was a longtime member of Wheaton Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by her sister, Verda Bufkin and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1985, and by her parents.

Services will be held privately. A private interment will take place at Wheaton Cemetery in Wheaton, Illinois.
