Josephine M. Ferrero's Obituary
Josephine M. Ferrero, age 88, a resident of Chicago, died August 25, at the Illinois Masonic Hospital. She was born April 13, 1919 in Chicago.
Josephine was a member of Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago. She especially enjoyed traveling and discovering new places.She was greatly loved by her family and will be missed.
She is survived by her two sons, Joseph (Virginia) Garaffa of Addison, and Sam Garaffa of Wheaton; four granddaughters, Debbie, Christina, Lisa, and Angela; and three great-grandchildren, Alise, Lucas, and Elizabeth; and two sisters, Mary Landando of Elmhurst, and Phyllis (Bob) Curran of Westchester.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Garaffa.
Services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly, National Headquarters, 28 E. Jackson Blvd, Suite 405, Chicago, IL 60604-2357.
