Joseph M. Jans, age 67, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024.  He was born  November 29, 1956,  in Skokie, IL to Joseph & Nina Jans.

Joe was an avid motorcyclist, spending most of his time on two wheels.  He worked and retired as a machinist.  He found joy in his free time helping others by volunteering for various organizations such as the VFW, Hines VA and the Village of Glendale Heights.

He is survived by his children Ryan Jans, Jack (Melissa) Jans, and Amy (Matthew) Williams; his grandchildren Hailey & Jackson Jans; Teagan, Melody, Lyla, & Makenzie Williams; and Travis Fletcher. Also survived by his siblings: Laura Jans, Steven Jans & Kathleen Jans.

He was preceded in death by his sister Mary Jans and his parents.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 31, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 565 Randy Road, Carol Stream, IL 60188.
