Joseph J. "Bud" Reilly, Jr., age 69, a resident of Santa Clara, CA, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at Menlo Park VA Center in Menlo Park, CA. He was born April 1, 1944 in Chicago, IL.
Joe "Bud" was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the Army. He grew up in Calumet City, IL before finally settling in northern California.
He is survived by his nieces, Angela (Robert) Kneisel of Carol Stream, IL, and Kimberly (Jerry) Duttlinger of Wheaton, IL, his brother-in-law, Roland Sawyer of Wheaton, IL; three great-nieces; one great-nephew; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Charlotte Reilly; and his sister, Patricia Sawyer.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of a funeral service to be held at 10:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton, IL.
