Joseph "Joe" Armato's Obituary
Joseph "Joe" Armato, age 85, a resident of Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream, IL, and formerly a longtime resident of Melrose Park, IL, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Windsor's Johnson Health Care Center. He was born May 31, 1928 in Chicago, IL.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine (Robert) Starinsky of Glendale Heights, IL, and Joseph T. Armato of Melrose Park, IL; five granddaughters, Ashley, Alicia, Allison, Stefanie, and Sarah; one great-granddaughter, Rylee; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Rose.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 3-7 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, IL. Prayers will be said at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2014 at the funeral home, with a funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1555 Glen Ellyn Rd, in Glendale Heights, IL. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
