John RuatPuia, age 6, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died May 9, 2016, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born November 22, 2009 in Burma.

He is survived by his mother, Biak Kim, his father Za Hnu Ha, three sisters, and many aunts and uncles and cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, in Wheaton, IL. Visitation will continue the next day, Saturday, May 14, from 10:00 a.m. until the start of a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. to be held at Blanchard Alliance Church , 1766 S. Blanchard Road, in Wheaton, IL. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton, IL.
