Obituary
John Druse, age 66, a resident of Sunrise Assisted Living in Glen Ellyn, IL, and former resident of Racine, WI and Boulder Junction, WI, died on January 26, 2006, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL. He was born September 21, 1939 in Racine, WI.
Earlier in his life, Mr. Druse worked at the Curative Workshop of Racine, WI. John has attended College Church of Wheaton, IL, The Community Church of Boulder Junction, WI, and St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Racine, WI.
He is survived by his sister, Mary (Allan) Manteuffel; nieces, Kristin Manteuffel of Ann Arbor, MI and Heidi Manteuffel of Santa Monica, CA; and cousin, James (Joy) Druse of Greendale, WI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanne and Milton Druse.
Funeral services were held at Hultgren Funeral Home in Wheaton, IL on January 27, 2006, with Pastor Todd Augustine of College Church in Wheaton officiating. Interment is at Mound Cemetery in Racine, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to the STARS disability ministry at College Church, 332 Seminary, Wheaton, IL. 60187.
