Obituary

Jeff Mason, loving husband and father, went home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2021.

Jeff was born August 2, 1959 to James B. and Gayle R Mason. Jeff lived in Evanston with Tami, his devoted wife of 39 years. He is survived by his 3 children, Marianna (Shaun), Kyle (Kayla) and Samuel (Bonny) along with his four grandchildren, Graeme, Josephine, Ellis and Eleanor. He is also loved dearly by his brother Steven (Kerri) and sister Jamie Lou, his mother-in-law Luz Cruz, and his uncle Samuel Mason.

After graduating high school in 1977, Jeff attended Moody Bible Institute and soon after, met Tami on July 3, 1981. He wooed and pursued Tami, marrying her on July 9, 1982.

Jeff had a true servant's heart, giving of himself until the day he died. He loved the Lord, his family, music, and using his hands to help others when they couldn't help themselves. His gift of service will live on in the lives he touched, of which there are many.
