Janet M. Christensen's Obituary
Janet M. Christensen, age 79, a resident of DuPage Convalescent Center in Wheaton, died Sunday, November 15. She was born on November 29, 1929.
Janet was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange IL, and she was an active volunteer in the community. For many years she lived at Fairview Village in Downers Grove.
She is survived by her siblings, Janene (Curt) Schoning of Lombard IL, James (Julie) Christensen of Cortland NY, and Joann (Rick) Ryan of Aurora IL; and her beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Florence Christensen and her beloved aunt Ruth McKone.
A service will be held on Thursday, November 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, where friends may visit with the family from 10 to 11. Interment will follow at Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to Du Page Convalescent Center, 400 N. County Farm Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187.
