Jane H. Biggs, age 94, a long time resident of Wheaton, IL, died peacefully, Thursday, October 11, 2012, at Central Du Page Hospital in Winfield, IL. Jane was born November 13, 1917 in Orange, NJ.

An active member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Wheaton for many years, she was president of St. Margaret's Guild as well as the Women's Guild of Trinity. As an avid bridge player Jane developed many close friends within these groups. Upon her husband Willis' retirement they moved to Parke County IN, where she spent many years as a volunteer supporting the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival.

She is survived by her brother, Andrew (Ellie) Houston Jr. of Vancouver WA, her three children, Judith (John) Hembling of Oak Park, IL, Thomas Biggs (Maureen Sickles Biggs) of Wheaton, IL, Susan (Kyle) Southern of Warrenville, IL. Grandmother of Wendy Kennedy, Candy Hembling, John Hembling, Jr., Jessica Biggs, Colin Biggs and Alex Southern. Great Grandmother of Leslie Kennedy, Samantha Kennedy and Charlie Kennedy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Willis S. Biggs, and her parents Andrew and Ruth Houston .

A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Wheaton Cemetery, 1209 S. Warrenville Rd, in Wheaton, IL 60189.
