James T. Sane's Obituary
James T. Sane, age 65, a resident of West Chicago for 14 years, died at home on July 2. He was born on June 23, 1943 in New Port, TN.
He was a member of the Wheaton Elks and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2164 in Wheaton. James worked for Chrysler Corporation for 30 years and retired in 2005. He enjoyed fishing and bowling.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda, three children, Rodney of Bethalto, IL, Barbara (Jason) Short of Greenwood, WI, and Belinda (Albert) Baker of Naperville, IL, five grandchildren, Abby, JJ, Sami Jo, Jordan, and Erica, one brother, Eugene (Amy) Sane of New Port, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Georgia Sane, two brothers, Jess Sane and Dayton Sane, two sisters, Ella Mae Miller and Frieda Jones.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 4 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held on Sunday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Fosterberg Cemetery in Fosterberg, IL.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
