Jacob Ryan DeMaria, age 11, a resident of Lombard, IL, died Monday, October 22, 2012, at Hope Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He was born January 13, 2001 in Winfield, IL.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, October 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187, where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M.
Interment is private.
