Jack L. Evans, 76, a resident of Wheaton, Illinois, died Friday, December 25, 2009 in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin after a long illness. He was born on December 31, 1932 in Chicago.
Jack is survived by his wife of 49 years, Pat Evans, six children, Sue (Tom) Tomasik, Tim (Linda) Puccinelli, Sean (Kelli) Puccinelli, Jacklyn (Tim) Fulop, Patrick (Wendy) Evans, Keith (Shelly) Evans, 21 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and his mother, Zola Edquist.
He was preceded in death by one son, Ross Puccinelli, and his father, Clare Evans.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 1, from 4 to 8 p.m at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton. A funeral service will be held on Saturday Jan. 2 at 10 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Main and Seminary St. in Wheaton. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery.
