James Arnold Mueller, age 93, a resident of Blue Island, Illinois, passed away March 12, 2021. He was born May 29, 1927 in Blue Island to George & Anna Mueller.

Both Arnold and his twin brother, Archer were stationed in the Philippines while serving in the Navy during World War II. After the war, the brothers worked for their father's vending machine business until their father passed in 1954. Arnold and his wife, Henrietta, loved to travel internationally until Henrietta's passing in July 2013.

He is survived by his children Kim (Rick) Aardema, Gary (Sandy), Terry (Jennifer), & Kerry Jo Mueller; his six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Henrietta, nee Onusaitis, and his twin brother George Archer Mueller.

A private service and burial will be held at First Ev. Lutheran Church in Blue Island.
