Ivy Lee Wilkinson, age 67, a resident of Carol Stream, Illinois, died on Wednesday, April 11th peacefully in her home. She was born on July 13th, 1950 in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Ms. Wilkinson worked for the Western Electric/AT&T Company for 33 years as a phone repairer.

Ivy enjoyed spending quality time with her family and spoiling her two grandchildren. Those that knew Ivy, knew she loved reading and playing her scratch offs. Ivy also had a love for elephants. On her travels throughout her life, she would acquire different types of elephants and before her passing she made sure her loved ones didn't leave her side without taking a memento of her love for them.

She is survived by her Son, Nathan (Brandi) Wilkinson. Grandchildren Wyatt and Charlotte Wilkinson. Sister, Darlene (Albert) Heller; Sister, Sharon Lupo; Sister, Carol (Hank) Rigler; Sister, Joyce (Ed) Albrecht; Brother, John (Anna) Schaffer; Sister, Cindy (Jerry) Nemec and Brother, Mark Schaffer.

She was preceded in death by Parents, Earl and Delores Schaffer; Sister, Delores (Richard) Knauer; Brother, Earl Jr "Butch" Schaffer; Brother, Ralph (Connie) Schaffer; Former Husband, Walter Gene Wilkinson (Nathan's Father) and Longtime Friend, Tim Boerner.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be private.
