Imogene "Jean" P. Holloway, age 85, a resident of Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream, died Saturday, August 4. She was born on April 4, 1922 to Robert and Margaret Pickering in Morgantown, WV.

Jean was a loving wife and mother who was always looking after her family and serving others in any way she could. She loved the Lord and spent many hours reading the Bible from cover to cover. She was an avid golfer and served as president of the Women's Golf Association. She enjoyed cooking and was often found in the kitchen preparing meals for family and others.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harding Holloway, and her children Christy (Jerry) Watkins, and Rob (Dona) Holloway; grandchildren Kelly (Fred) Versluys, Todd (Shauna) Watkins, Amanda (Skye) Jethani, Lindsay (Nathaniel) Funk, Ryan Watkins, and Scott Holloway; great-grandchildren, Haley, Madelyn, and Benjamin Versluys; Noah and Jacob Watkins; Zoe and Isaac Jethani.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Martha Zrmack.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 7 at 1:00 P.M. at Windsor Park Manor, 124 Windsor Park Dr. at North Ave., (just west of Gary Ave.) in Carol Stream. Graveside Service will be private at Wheaton Cemetery.
