Hoa Ha, age 63, a resident of Addison, IL, died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Glen Oaks Hospital in Glendale Heights, IL. She was born July 21, 1947 in Vietnam.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 22, from 4-8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 23, at 10:00 a.m. at the Vietnamese New Hope Christian Reformed Church,

Interment will be private.
