Obituary
Hertha A. Schroether, age 98, a resident of Wheaton, died Sunday, June 12, at the Wynscape Nursing Center in Wheaton. She was born April 5, 1907 in Rock Island, IL.
Hertha was a member of St. John Lutheran Church where she was involved in the Joy Group for Seniors.
She is survived by many friends, including Mr. & Mrs. Edward Hanzelin.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Edna Newhouse.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of a service at 10:00 A.M. at St. John Lutheran Church, 125 E. Seminary Ave., in Wheaton. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery.
