Henry E. Wechner's Obituary
Henry E. Wechner, age 93, a resident of Bloomingdale, and formerly of Wheaton and River Forest, died Wednesday, August 1, at Lexington Health Care Center in Bloomingdale. He was born January 2, 1914 in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Wechner was married 70 years to his beloved wife, Louise.
He is survived by his three cherished children, Sharon (Samuel) Delisi of Wheaton, Kathleen (Ronald) Godsen of St. Charles, and Richard (Linda) Wechner of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren, Stephen (Leigh) Delisi, Karleen (Ronald) Rivenburgh, Stephanie Delisi, Kimberly (Chad) Von Holten, and Christopher Wechner; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise; his sister, Alma (Tommy) Thomas; and his brother, Frank (Edna) Wechner.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 4, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of a service at 11:30 A.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. Interment will be private at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lexington Health Care, 165 S. Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, IL 60108; or to Vitas Hospice, 580 Waters Edge, Lombard, IL 60148.
