Grace M. Jordan's Obituary
Grace M. Jordan, age 91, a resident of Aurora, IL, and formerly of Xenia, OH, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at home. She was born February 24, 1923 in Cedarville, OH to Harrison and Oma Deck.
She was an active member for many years of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Xenia, OH. She also enjoyed being an active member of her community and helping others when she could.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Wilford; her two children, Kathryn Jordan of Aurora, and Karen (Charles) Niuman of Naperville, IL; three grandchildren, Valerie (John) Broschka, Melissa (Michael) Theim and David (Jennifer) Niuman; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Deck.
Services and interment will be held privately at North Cemetery in Cedarville Township, Greene County, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to Seasons Hospice , 2195 W. Diehl Road, Naperville, IL 60563; or to the Alzheimer's Association , 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601-7633.
