Georgiana Marie Wallace, age 84, passed peacefully in her sleep on June 22, 2015, at Tabor Hills Healthcare Facility in Naperville, IL.  Georgiana was born on February 3, 1931 in Chicago, IL, the second child of Marie and James Nudera. She was married twice and is survived by her two daughters, Claire Ann Kocek and Jeanne Marie Macauley; her grandchildren, Matthew Macauley, Marcus Macauley, and Danielle Elaine Shaw; and her great-grandchild Violet Wilde Shaw.  Her mother, father and her siblings, George Nudera, Libby Nudera and Laddie Nudera and their spouses, all pre-deceased Georgiana's passing.

Georgiana was active in numerous community service capacities throughout her life, from Girl Scout Leader to volunteer at the DuPage Art League, and was an avid animal lover.  Although she never had the opportunity to go to college as a young woman, she attended numerous classes at local junior colleges over the years and was an avid reader.  She studied for and passed her real estate exam when she was in her forties.

Georgiana took pride in being honest and straight-forward with people.  Her honesty, pride and ethical values are the greatest gift she has passed down to her daughters, and they to their children.

Per her wishes, her daughters will memorialize her life and scatter her ashes at sea off the coast of Southern California.   There will be no other services.
