Obituary
George T. Bielick, age 67, a resident of Wheaton for 27 years, died Sunday, February 5, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born July 12, 1938 in Chicago.
George graduated from St. Rita High School in Chicago. He was a typesetter for Tower Typesetters for over 30 years. He later drove school buses for Laidlaw for ten years before retiring. He was a sports enthusiast, especially enjoying the Chicago Bears and Cubs.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Patricia, (nee Murphy); his daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Greg Seei of Villa Park; two grandchildren, Tanya and Marc Boutin; his brother, Edward (Carol) of Darien; his brother-in-law, Dennis (Adel) Murphy of St. George, UT; four nephews, Michael and Mark (Helen) Murphy, and David and Brian (Michelle) Bielick; his niece, Susan (John) Golden; and many cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Bielick; and his father and mother-in-law, Tom and Nora Murphy; and his brother-in-law, Tom Murphy.
A visitation will be held from 3-9 P.M. on Wednesday, February 8, at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. A service will be held during that time at 7:30 P.M. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the DuPage Convalescent Center, 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187; or to the Northern Illinois Samoyed Assistance, P.O. Box 218, Arlington Heights, IL 60006-0218; or to the charity of your choice.
