Gary Joseph Fiala, a faithful servant to the Lord Jesus Christ, was called home on December 15, 2019.

Gary was born on August 8, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to Lee and Leona Fiala. One of eight children, he attended St. Symphorosa Grammar School, graduated from Kennedy High School in 1970, and earned a Bachelors degree in Physical Education from University of Illinois at Chicago in 1974.

After coming to Christ in his early twenties, Gary used his life to glorify and honor the Lord by devoting himself to being a faithful father, brother, uncle and friend.

He is survived by his three children Rebecca, Jonathan and Sarah.

A memorial service for Gary will be held on January 3rd at Wheaton Bible Church, 27W500 North Ave., West Chicago, IL 60185, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Visitation with the family will be open at 1:00 p.m.
