Fred K. Friedheim, age 72, a resident of Warrenville, IL, died Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL surrounded by his family. He was born March 6, 1941 in Chicago IL to Fred and Marie Friedheim.

Fred married the love of his life, Carolyn Sienicki on February 10, 1962. He was a people person who loved his family and friends. Fred was a member of the Teamsters and worked for many years as a Truck Driver. Before retiring he was the friendly smile that greeted the shoppers at the Walmart in Glen Ellyn. He loved old cars, flea markets and tinkering around the house.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn; his son, Michael (Melody) of Georgia; his daughter, Laura (Bob) Baier of Glen Ellyn; four grandchildren, Val, Alex, Torii and Michael; two great-grandchildren, Andre and Grant; three sisters, Evelyn White, Edith (Jerry) Dillon and Marguerite "Maggie" (Ron) Davis; and many nieces and nephews and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Irene a Catholic Church, 28W 531 Warrenville Rd., in Warrenville, IL, followed by a memorial mass at 11:00 a.m.
