Francis W. Cahill, age 88, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died February 16, 2021, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. He was born July 17, 1932 in Chicago, IL to Francis & Jane Cahill.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years Pat Enders-Cahill; his children, Susan (Russ) Latham, Kathy (Paul) Lesnefsky, John (Leslie) Cahill, Carol (the late Jack) Ballish & Nancy (the late Bob) Kolas; his step children Terri (Eric) Modesto, Kevin (Pat) Enders, Lisa (Bruce) Jones & Vicki (Jeff) Nelson; his grandchildren: Robbie (Angela) Johnson; Christina, Billy & Elizabeth Cahill; Meg, Andrew & Danny Lesnefsky; and Emma Ballish; his step-grandchildren: Alison Weekley & Bertha Modesto; Austin, Bryce (Raven) & Davion Jones; Ashley & Amanda Enders, Joanne Carrillo & Erick Hansen; and Christian, Kyle, Alexander & Kelsey Nelson. Also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; his sister Margaret Stencel-Kawa; his sister-in-law Helen Cahill; and his nephew Robert (Ruth) Stencel, and many other adored nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his first wife Loretta; his brother Jim Cahill; and his sister Betty Cahill.

A visitation will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187. Guests are asked to wear a face covering and observe social distancing guidelines.
