Faye M. Foehner age 88, resident of Carol Stream, IL died May 11, 2016 at Johnson Health Care Center in Carol Stream, IL. She was born on May 27, 1927 in Dwight, IL.

Faye was a member of the woman's club of Clarendon Hills for many, many years. She was also a part of the book club in Clarendon Hills and more recently of Windsor Park. She loved to read and was on the speech team in high school and won many awards. Faye loved her grand kids and loved to watch them perform in choir,speech, plays and sports.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Lenert C. Foehner  of 61 years. Also by her brother Frank (Margie) Welch  and her parents Walter and Nora Welch.

She is survived by her son Kirby (Kari) Foehner and her daughter Nora Lynn Evans and her grand kids Colin Evans, Katelyn and Kyle Foehner also by many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life will be held Saturday May 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Centrum at Windsor Park, in Carol Stream.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to SCARE for a CURE, Inc. PO Box 152890 Austin, TX 78715, which her daughter Nora Evans is very involved in or the Windsor Park benevolent fund please.
