Elizabeth Ashley Wetmore left us December 24th 2010. Born December 18th 1982, Lizz was a graduate of Wheaton South High School and attended the Academy of Arts in Chicago. During the past four years, Lizz worked as a law clerk in Chicago, attending evening classes toward becoming a paralegal and gaining a certificate in stenography. Lizzy was a gifted artist and could swim like a sea otter. Her lovely smile, bubbly laugh and beautiful eyes will be dearly missed by her parents, Debby (Beal) and Brian Wetmore, her older brother Jeremy Wetmore and his wife Caroline (Swiatek), and her younger brother Tom Wetmore and his fiancé Ali Hart, as well as her grandfathers, aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held on January 3rd at 1PM at the First Presbyterian Church, 715 N. Carlton St, Wheaton, IL 60187. In lieu of flowers, donations should be given to the Wings Programs Inc, P. O. Box 95615, Palatine, IL 60095, www.wingsprogram.com, a nonprofit organization providing services to abused women and children.
