Elizabeth (Liz) B. Kay, age 76, a longtime resident of Oak Lawn, died April 27, 2017, at Providence Health Care in Palos Heights, IL.

She is survived by her half-sisters, Sandy (Jay) Drenth of Mokena, IL; Denise (Vaughn) of Mountain Home, AR, Carylon Smith of San Angelo, TX; and half-brothers, Ron (Linda) Rhodes of San Angelo, TX and Robert Ashmore of San Angelo, TX and her church family of Oak Lawn Bible Church. She was preceded in death by two half-sisters and her parents and grandparents.

Liz was born Paulilne (Polly) B. Rhodes on August 8, 1940 in San Angelo Texas to David and Evelyn Rhodes.  Liz graduated from Fenger High School in 1958.  She worked as one of the first Playboy Bunnies from 1960-1962.  She was married twice, no children.  She made her living as an artist & calligrapher.  She also got her pilots license 1987. Liz was a long time member of Oak Lawn Bible Church and tried to spread God's word whenever possible.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 27 ^th at Oak Lawn Bible Church, 9435 S. 54th Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL  60453. Interment was private.
