Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Hunt (Liz) was born in Chicago, Illinois on Sunday, August 02, 1953. She was the eldest of three daughters born to Doris Ann (Hartman) Hunt and John Earl Hunt, both born in Chicago.
Liz was a graduate of Glenbard West High School, class of 1971 and achieved a general studies degree from College of DuPage in 1996. Liz has worked in sales, administrative assistant positions and her own cleaning business.
Liz had many interest in life which included photography, travel, nature walks, visits to the zoos around the world and genealogy. Her love for genealogy motivated her to travel halfway around the world to make contact with relatives. Liz also volunteered for different organizations, but the one that was dearest to her heart was being a studio camera operator at the Wheaton Bible Church, working with the production crew.
The central theme of Liz's life has been her unwavering dedication to helping others. She genuinely cared about people and loved God, and his Son, Jesus Christ.
Liz was a unique and authentic individual whose approach to life differed from the old adage of "putting one's ducks in a row." Liz believed in putting her ducks in a circle so she could see the needs of others, communicate and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
Elizabeth Ann Hunt is survived by her sisters Ruth Ellen (Robert) Stencel, and Doreen Hilda (James W.) Farrell; her nephew Aaron Christopher Farrell; and Jeannine Farrell.
