Elaine M. Hogan, age 82, a Chicago native, died Saturday, January 10, at Meadowbrook Manor in Naperville, IL. She was born January 11, 1926 in Chicago, IL.
Elaine loved to do volunteer work and had a deep sense of compassion for the needy. She was known to be very creative and loved to use her hands to create things of beauty.
She is survived by her son, Steven (Elizabeth) Wozniak of Glen Ellyn, IL; two grandchildren, Amanda and Amy; her brother, George; two sisters, Grace and Joan; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Wozniak; her second husband, William Hogan, Sr.; and her son, Jack.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24, at 11:00 A.M. at Wheaton Bible Church, 27W500 North Avenue, in West Chicago.
