Obituary
Edna E. Baddorf, age 80, a longtime resident of Wheaton, died Tuesday, June 6th at the Alshore Healthcare Center in Chicago. She was born July 2, 1925 in Stromsburg, NE.
Edna was a nurse who worked for a variety of local practices. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. She was a long standing member of the Glen Ellyn Evangelical Covenant Church with her husband Chuck.
She is survived by her children; Mel (Di) Baddorf, Doug (Sarita) Baddorf, and Don (Janice); her sister, Edie (Bob) Larson; her grandchildren, Bevin, Brett, and Bryan Baddorf, Mariah Baddorf, Rachel Baddorf, and Lauren (Jake) Kreyling; and her great-grand child, Genevieve.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Charles "Chuck" Baddorf.
A memorial service for friends and family will be held Saturday, June 10th, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 PM at the home of Don and Janice Baddorf, 708 North St. in Geneva. Interment is private.
