Eddie E. "Lil Boss" Nance, age 40, a resident of Chicago, passed away on, Wednesday, January 19, 2022. He was born on August 8, 1981.

Eddie grew up in Carol Stream, Illinois and went to school in Wheaton, Illinois. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Eddie loved music and singing. He was the life of the party. Eddie started working at the Core Center as a peer educator. He enjoyed working with different people and helping people. He also worked for Stroger and Rush Presbyterian Hospital.

He is survived by his mother Marilyn Thompson/Moody; his sister Santita Thompson and his brother Charles Nance, Jr.; his two nephews Eric L. Thompson and Antonio D. Russell, Jr.; and a host of aunts, uncles & cousins. Eddie held a special place in his heart for his Aunt Rosiland Shaw.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Nance, Sr., his grandmother Mary Black, and a host of aunts, uncles & cousins.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, Illinois.
