Doris Hasty, beloved mother and friend, passed from this life into a better life at the age of 88. She died peacefully at home on June 24, 2020, following a struggle with congestive heart failure. She was born November 12, 1931 in Chicago Heights, IL.

She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Warrenville. She was also involved with activities at Carillon Club in Naperville where she resided. During her life she had a variety of jobs including two successful businesses she started; The Sewing Basket in Crete, IL and All Flowers and More in Wood Dale, IL.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell E Hasty, in 1980. She is survived by a son, Robert Hasty (Diane) of Naperville, a grandson Steven Strnad (Parie) and great granddaughter Aarya of Tampa FL, and grandson Scott Strnad (Kathleen) and great grandsons Isaac, Wesley and Aaron of Wheaton.
