Dolores "Dee" Braun Nowack, age 103, of Gilbertsville, KY, and formerly of West Chicago, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was born in Princeton, IN on May 31, 1909 to George Henry Braun and Belle (Griffith) Braun.

She was a longtime member of Winfield Community United Methodist Church and for the last two years attended East Marshall Baptist Church in KY.

She is survived by one daughter, Rosalie Worcester, Carol Stream, IL, one son, George (Alice) Nowack, Gilbertsville, KY; and daughter-in-law Linda, Carol Stream, IL; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years: Otto Nowack Jr.; 1 son, Otto Nowack, III; a son-in-law, Jerry Worcester; her parents; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 11 :00 a.m, at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL, where a funeral service will follow at 11 :00 a.m. with Rev Larry Hilkemann officiating.

Interment will follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL.
