Dolores Kujawski, age 81, a resident of Wheaton, IL died Monday, November 7, 2011. She was born on December 26, 1929 in Chicago, IL.

Dolores was a loving wife to the late Eugene and the most loving and devoted mother to her six children, as well as her twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was under the care of some amazing staff members at the DuPage County Convalescent Center as she fought her battle with ALS.

Dolores is survived by her six children, Allen Poliszczuk, Donna Puccini, Janet O'Brien, Lynette McGee, Fred Kujawski and Caryl Doty. She is also survived by four loving siblings, Connie Valenti, Beatrice Peters, Carolyn Gilbert and Norb Wadsworth, as well as her 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Dolores touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be missed more than words can express.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will be private.
