Obituary

Dolores "Dee" Aloisio, age 54, a resident of West Chicago, and formerly of Woodridge, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. She was born September 15, 1958 in St. Louis to Glennon and Dolores Winter.

Dee graduated from Benet Academy in 1976 and went on to earn a B.S. in Microbiology from Northern Illinois University in 1980. In college she met Kurt Aloisio, and they were married on October 17, 1981. Dee worked as a Medical Technologist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. After starting a family, Dee dedicated her time to investing in her children and was actively involved as a charter member of New Song Church in Bolingbrook IL. She will be remembered for her deep faith and commitment to her family, Jesus Christ and his Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kurt Aloisio, four children, Amy (Ken) McCreery, Dan (Arden) Aloisio, Mark Aloisio and Anna Aloisio, three grandchildren, Lincoln Aloisio, Noah McCreery, and Jack McCreery. She is also survived by her parents, Glennon and Dolores Winter of Glen Ellyn, three siblings, Mark (Wendy) Winter, Mary Winter and Craig (Siri) Winter and nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 15, from 3 to 8pm at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton. A memorial service will be held September 17, 2013 at 7pm at Grace Church of Dupage, 27W344 Galusha Ave. in Warrenville.
