Dolores Hansen, nee Au Buchon, age 99, a resident of Glen Ellyn, IL, died Sunday, January 8, 2017, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. She was born September 9, 1917 in Chicago, IL.

Dolores loved her family and lived a long, purposeful life, 42 years of which was spent working for Illinois Bell. Her great joy and hobby was painting with several mediums.

Dolores was the beloved mother of the late Joseph H. (Anne) Hansen and the late Dolores Marie D'Amore; and Grandmother of Gabrielle (the late Jeffery) Reidner, Michelle (Patrick) Corcoran, Georgia Jansen, Michael D'Amore, the late Martin (Kirsten) D'Amore, Danielle D'Amore, Thomas D'Amore, Margaret (Drake) Anderson, Jamie Hansen, Joseph R. (Barbara) Hansen. She was the Step-Grandmother of Michelle (George) Baumann & the late Christine J. Kaiser. Great Grandmother of Jessica (Kevin) Nueble, Emmett Reidner, Nicole Anderson, Jason Anderson, Adam Jansen, Patrick Jansen, Shannon Corcoran, Hannah Corcoran, Quinn Corcoran, Joseph Hansen, Delaney D'Amore, Devin D'Amore, Cecilia D'Amore, William D'Amore, Martin D'Amore, Madeline Baumann, Aaron Baumann, Gabriel Baumann. She was the Great-great Grandmother of Madeline Nueble; and the fond sister of the late Marilyn Koy, Yvonne Gibson, and Raymond Au Buchon.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home. Prayers will then be said at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church , 300 E. Cole Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187. After the Mass, interment will take place at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
