Diane Marie O'Neill, of Palos Park, IL passed away at the age of 70 on May 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Patrick O'Neill Jr. Diane was a devoted mother to her five children: Patrick (Rose), Megan (Robert), Shannon, Kaitlin, and Ryan (Jamie); and loving grandmother to her three grandchildren: Ava, Quinn, and Gavin.

Diane was born in Chicago, IL on February 5, 1953 to parents Robert and Jacqueline (Wilhelm) Rice, who preceded her in death. She is survived by siblings John (Debbi), Roberta Gerk (Bill), Gary (Judy), Cathy McMahon(Terry), Rob, and Jackie.

Celebration of life for Diane and Pat O'Neill will take place on Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 11am to 3pm at Gilhooley's 3901 W. 103rd Chicago, IL
