Obituary
Diana L. DeKeater, age 50, a resident of Wheaton, and formerly of Margate, FL; died Tuesday, December 5, at home. She was born August 29, 1956 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Diana enjoyed her business, working from her home as a Nail Technician. She especially liked visiting with her clients, because they were her friends. She adored her nieces and nephews and never missed an opportunity to have fun with them. She ministered as a Foster Mother to needy teenage boys. She enjoyed attending some of the youth events at College Church.
She showed great courage and strength as she endured her cancer for over ten years.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Milone of Margate, FL; her father, Fred W. (Elaine) Vossbruch of Blairsville, GA; three sisters, Laura (Doug) Milford of Wheaton, Susy (Tim) Eager of Margate, FL, and Gail (Robert) Carson of Oviedo, FL.; and seven nieces and nephews, Billy, MaryEllen, Betsy, Benny, and Melissa Milford, and Kristina and Jenny Eager.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 12, at 11:00 A.M., at College Church in Wheaton, 332 E. Seminary Ave., with the Rev. Todd Augustine officiating. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to College Church in Wheaton, 332 E. Seminary Ave., Wheaton, IL 60187.
