Debra S. Amundsen, age 65, a resident of Glendale Heights, IL, died September 20, 2022.  She was born January 5, 1957 in Libertyville, Illinois, attended Libertyville High School and the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. A career of employment in the insurance industry included positions with American International, The Hartford Group, National Accident Insurance Underwriters, and (most recently) Arthur J. Gallagher & Company.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Amundsen of Glendale Heights, her German shepherd dog Zoey, brother Roger Kinkaid of Albuquerque, New Mexico, sister-in-law Lynn Peterson (husband Tom) of Littleton, Colorado, sister-in-law Cindy Amundsen, nieces Kari Reasoner (husband J.D.) and Kirsten Peterson, and grand nieces Romee and Raylee Reasoner (all of West Plains, Missouri).
