On March 11, 2020, Dave Scavotto, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 66 in Winfield, IL. Dave was born on August 6, 1953 in Southington, CT to Carmen (deceased) and Jean Scavotto. He received his undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State in 1971 and his MBA from DePaul University in 1999. He spent over 40 years working in finance, including most recently as CFO of an agricultural technology company. He had a passion for sports, including the New York Yankees and the UConn Huskies, and enjoyed Italian food, fine wine and good coffee.

Dave is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Laurie, and their two sons, Nick and Joe (Judith), as well as his mother, Jean, and his siblings Maureen (Bob) Sample,Denise (David) Thomson, Mark (Lynn) Scavotto, Michael (Robin) Scavotto, Ann (Bill) Landry, Mary (Keith) Sanderson, Robert (Alouf) Scavotto.

A visitation will be held March 15, 2020 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Wellspring Alliance Church. A funeral service will be held March 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Wellspring Alliance Church. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery in Wheaton, Illinois.
