Danny David Holt, age 68, a resident of Lacey Creek in Downers Grove, IL, went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2020, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Illinois. He was born October 14, 1951 in Raleigh, North Carolina to Charles and Myrtle Holt.

Danny grew up in Chicago and graduated from Kelvyn Park High School. He enjoyed his antiques and collected many things including coins and sports memorabilia. He loved his family and loved the Lord.

He is survived by his brother, Dennis Holt and his sister, Linda (Fred) Wells and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ben Holt.

A committal service and interment will be held in the chapel at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton, Illinois, on Saturday, February 1, at 10:00 a.m.
